Dreaming Up This Veteran Nonprofit

Bob "retired" after 30 years of owning a for-profit building & remodeling company, but felt a calling to help fellow veterans transitioning out of the military, find a career they can love - launching Veterans Next Mission in 2016. His mission goes far beyond giving them construction skills - he's fighting to change their lives.

DIY Aficionado

Brian joined our program in after serving 14 years between the Army & National Guard. A recent trip to "Fixer Upper"'s Magnolia Market renewed his love of building. Brian hopes to be an Apprentice Trainer at the end of the 4 year program and says "he'll stay as long as Bob will have me."

Veteran Joe

Marine Veteran to Entrepreneur

Joe served as a Marine for 4 years before joining our program. Russian born, Virginia raised, Joe can put everyone to shame at a pizza buffet. He'll be the first to tell you how much he loves construction and working with Bob. After the program he hopes to become a construction business owner.

CHANGING LIVES. OURS, YOURS, AND THEIRS.

Supporting Veterans

Veterans Next Mission is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to helping Veterans successfully transition from military service to civilian life by training them in the construction trade. By choosing us, you're changing the lives of United States Military Veterans who are pursuing a new passion after their service to our country.

Tax Credit Advantage

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit training program all of the materials salvaged, recycled, or donated from your home can earn you a tax credit - that you can't obtain by going with a traditional builder.

40+ Years Experience

By choosing Veterans Next Mission, you are hiring an organization backed by 40+ years of experience in the construction industry and one that is dedicated to providing jobs for military veterans. Bob has been building and remodeling since the Vietnam War ended and is passionate about teaching this trade to other Veterans.

Building Up Skilled Trade

Skilled trade workers who are willing to put in the "sweat equity" is something America needs right now. By choosing us, we can continue supporting hard working men and women who have not only given to their country, but now want to learn a new trade.
